SMS Data Privacy: Your SMS opt-in data and consent information will never be shared with any third parties. This data is used solely for sending you the specific transactional messages you requested.

Data Sharing

Email and SMS Service Providers: We use AWS Simple Email Service (SES) and AWS Simple Notification Service (SNS) to deliver transactional emails and SMS messages. These services process delivery, bounces, and complaints to maintain high deliverability and service quality. We actively monitor bounce rates and complaint rates to ensure responsible sending practices.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain trading records for 7 years to comply with financial regulations, then securely delete all personal information.
